The mirror effect ink 700CX Silver is screen printing ink that can offer mirror appearance by printing on the back side of transparent films and sheets and outstanding character printing with excellent mirror appearance.

| Feature | Excellent mirror finish can be made by high brightness special aluminum flake. Good printability and high opacity is possible by single printing process. High viscosity ideal for printing. |
| Diluents | Standard T-477 Noramally, diluent is not required but if necessary, use this solvent to restore the viscosity to original condition. |
| Screen mesh | Polyester/nylon 250～300 mesh/inch fabric and squeeze hardness 80 durometer is recommended. Half mirror transparency can be adjusted by screen mesh size. |
| Drying | Initial drying 50 x 5～10min. before the forced drying 80 x 30min.is recommended. |
| Wash-up | T-16 or T-16K |
| Others | Printing conditions such as emulsion thickness, screen mesh size, drying condition,etc are important factors to get the original performance of Half Mirror Silver, which influences the brightness and printing finish. ・Check the adhesion and printing finish on the substrate before printing due to variation with time. ・Stir the ink well before the printing to avoid aluminum pigment agglutination. ・OSA-series or PPT-series are suitable for printing as a back-up. |
